Program Overview
When you apply to the PA program, move past most of the competition with a guaranteed interview by Physician Assistant admissions staff. You can apply to Â鶹¹ÙÍø’s Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (MSPAS) as an undergrad in one of Â鶹¹ÙÍø’s pre-health bachelor’s degree programs (Biology, Health Science or Exercise & Sports Science) if you meet academic and experiential eligibility requirements.
To be considered for the guaranteed interview, you must
- Submit an application to the Â鶹¹ÙÍø PA program through the Central Application service for Physician Assistants (CASPA) by September 1 of the calendar year prior to intended matriculation, as well as a letter of recommendation from Â鶹¹ÙÍø pre-health faculty
- Meet all criteria for admission to the program, including prerequisite course work, direct patient care experience, and PA shadowing
- Achieve a minimum CASPA-calculated cumulative GPA of 3.30 and BCP (biology/chemistry/physics) GPA of 3.30, with no grade below C
Applying to Â鶹¹ÙÍø’s PA Program

These faculty understand the demands and requirements of the PA program, and will work with you to define the most competitive patient care experience.
