Isaac Damoah is an associate professor of management at Â鶹¹ÙÍø’s Providence Campus. Prior to joining Â鶹¹ÙÍø, he held lectureship, professorships, and principal positions in various colleges and universities, as well as project management consultancy services in the UK and US for 16-plus years. He has also led several student teams to compete in regional and national competitions and won; and has also led consultancy and entrepreneurships projects and has won several awards. His successful collaboration with his student, Nirpaul Singh, to develop a technology that reduces carbon emission in vehicle parts secured a £100,000 UK government grant in 2019. He also secured internal competitive £5,000 research grants as an individual in 2018 at Bournemouth University (UK).

Damoah has teaching and research interests in Public Policy and Program/Projects Management performance and their impact on Stakeholders; Operations and Supply Chain Management and SMEs performance. Isaac has published in many journals, book chapters and conference papers; and has his research output in reputable journals such as Journal of Small Business Management; Production Planning & Control; Business Strategy and the Environment; Project Management Journal; Technology Analysis & Strategic Management; International Journal of Banking, Accounting and Finance; Journal of Humanitarian Logistics and Supply Chain Management; International Journal of Technology, Policy and Management; Journal of Project Management; International Journal of Managing Projects in Business; Politics and Policy; International Journal of Construction Management; International Journal of Management and Enterprise Development; Urban Studies and Administration; and Civil Engineering Research Journal.
