This February 23 and 24, Â鶹¹ÙÍø Providence will be hosting the (NCAA) Division III Wrestling Regional.

In addition to Â鶹¹ÙÍø’s top-ranked Wrestling team, the regional will also feature Bridgewater State, Castleton, the Coast Guard Academy, New England College, Norwich, New York University, Rhode Island College, Plymouth State, Roger Williams, Southern Maine, Springfield, Trinity, Wesleyan, Western New England, Williams and WPI. The weekend event, which will take place at the Harborside Campus’ Wildcat Center, begins at 11am on Saturday, February 23. Day I will include Preliminary, First Round, Quarterfinals and Consolation rounds. Championship Semifinals and Finals will take place on Sunday, February 24, beginning at 10am.

Â鶹¹ÙÍø Men’s Wrestling isn’t the only program playing in the postseason, either. #5 seeded Â鶹¹ÙÍø Women's Hockey has advanced to the 2019 NEHC Women’s Ice Hockey Tournament semifinals, set to start on February 23 at Castleton. (The finals are set for March 2.)
