A look back at some of the experiences over the past year by members of the Class of 2020
"My favorite part of the tour was seeing all the Googlers in their ‘natural habitats.’ From zooming down the hall on a scooter to just being themselves, there’s a real sense of authenticity in Google. I think it’s incredible the environment Google fosters in the office. No one is in a stiff suit, they’re making lunch at micro kitchens in their favorite pair of sneakers and they’re riding a scooter to their next meeting!"

As a political science major, Megina Elysee ’20 wasn't sure that a study abroad trip based in leadership, hospitality, and tourism would do much for her. However, once she arrived to South Africa, her perspective changed. “It's one of those things that you learn something new every day."
News of Â鶹¹ÙÍø’s Concert and Event Production class has traveled halfway around the world to the Netherlands. Isabella Harpenau, from Amsterdam, and Sanne Huizer, from Rotterdam, signed up for the class after hearing rave reviews about it from former Â鶹¹ÙÍø exchange students back home. Also in the class were Eva Maria Gonzalez Escartin, from Barcelona, Spain, Catherine Briones ’20, Reijour (Ray) Lobos ’20, Grace Brandon ’20 and Erynn '21 Dakin.
Anna “Hope” Butcher '20, a Cyber Threat Intelligence & Defense major and co-captain for Overwatch Gold, has noticed that in addition to improving rankings, teams are growing strong in other ways.
On the cusp of launching its landmark College of Food Innovation & Technology — where the intersection of food and society will be explored — the university recently brought industry leaders together at Boston’s TD Garden to offer perspective and advice to young students aspiring to join the movement.
